Gilfenstein is an international Brand and has its headquarters in Burgstall in the valley between Merano and Bolzano. Our goal is to select the best South Tyrolean products from the wine-making traditions and the excellent local cuisine. The project has been brought about thanks to a four year-long research enhanced by professional exchange, which has led to the consolidation of relevant partnerships. Gilfenstein aims at guaranteeing the high quality and the uniqueness of its products, which mirror and support at the same time the production area.
